Return and Exchange Conditions
Product Quality Issues: If the product has quality problems, such as damage, missing accessories, not consistent with the description, etc., customers have the right to request a return.
Non-quality return and exchange: Returns and exchanges for non-quality issues, such as customers are not satisfied with the goods, purchase errors, etc. Usually need to be carried out within a certain period of time after receiving the goods, and the goods must remain in their original condition. Packaging and accessories are complete.
Please contact us within 30 days after receiving the order to initiate a return or exchange. Provide your order number, details of the goods you want to return, and the reason for the return.
We have a professional quality control team. They carefully check every item we receive from suppliers and manufacturers to avoid sending defective goods to our customers. We will default to shipping goods to customers via a flat rate shipping method. If customers want to use a faster shipping method, they need to pay the relevant shipping costs.
Refund arrival time: about 3-5 working days, but the shipping cost of sending the product back to us will be paid by the customer.

If you encounter quality problems during the warranty period, we will provide warranty service. Each product has a specific warranty period (if this is not stated in the product listing, please contact us by email).
In this case, please provide us with the following proof:
1. Photos of the front and back of the original packaging
2. Photos or videos of the defective item
3. Photos, videos or screenshots showing the malfunction of the defective product

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
In rare cases, rough handling by the courier may cause physical damage to your shipment, such as a cracked screen.
If possible, please file a complaint directly with the delivery representative of the courier company before signing for it. They will inform you of the complaint procedure.
If you have signed for the package, take photos of the damage and contact your local courier/delivery company office to file a complaint. They will have a complaint procedure so that you can get compensation.
